The Women's Sponsorship Program
The Sponsorship Program began in 2017 as an opportunity for female employees to develop their careers, network and receive one-on-one professional guidance from successful Ryerson thought leaders that serve as sponsors over the course of 12 months. Since the programs inception, over 100 female employees have participated in the program.
Operations Mentorship Program
The Operations Mentorship Program started in 2023 as a career development opportunity for warehouse and warehouse administration employees. Selected employees are matched with a mentor in an operations leadership role, meeting monthly for one-on-one professional coaching and guidance.
Annual Leadership Series
The Annual Leadership Series is a live virtual training program designed for all leaders at Ryerson. This program focuses on essential soft skills such as managing through change, critical thinking, and effective communication. Each year, we tailor the content to address the evolving needs of our leaders, ensuring participants gain the insights and tools necessary for success.
