We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our IT team. You'll play a vital role in supporting and maintaining our technology infrastructure. This is your chance to help shape the next chapter of our story by providing hands-on technical expertise and collaborating across departments. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Works independently and with team members on identifying various complex and routine computer-related issues
  • Serve as a technical support professional, helping teams in various departments troubleshoot technology issues
  • Installs hardware and software systems, including new equipment, software applications, and other tools commonly used by the company
  • Coordinates with the Cyber team in enforcing company policies to promote data and software security
  • Maintains installed PCs, networks, printers, and other peripherals with routine maintenance and upgrades
  • Act as the point of contact for all OT//CNC plant technology, from deployment, reconfiguration, and support
  • Performs one-on-one computer coaching on technology when necessary
  • Deliver high-touch, personalized technical support to executive and VIP users, ensuring seamless and efficient resolution of issues
  • All other duties as assigned or duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (preferred). If not, an Associate's degree in a related field plus 4 years of job-related experience
  • 2 plus years of experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Extensive working knowledge of computer systems
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills and thrives in cross-functional collaboration to achieve shared objectives
  • Good time and task management skills
  • Travels up to 10% of the time to company plants to support migrations and rollouts

 

Salary: $64,000 - $75,000 annually. A starting salary higher than $64,000 annually is based on a level of experience and education that significantly exceeds the minimum requirements and is commensurate with the compensation scale.
